Novustech supports Vault Solutions customers in EMEA

Novustech will help Vault Solutions expand support hours for its email and NFS archiving software in EMEA

Novustech_DavidWe are excited to announce that we will support our long time partner Vault Solutions for its customers in EMEA.

Thanks to our performance of a large number of email archive migrations and the assistance of many customers importing NFS data into Symantec’s Enterprise Vault using Vault Solution’s Archive Accelerator for NFS product, we have a deep expertise in Vault Solutions products.

Customers in EMEA and even Asia Pacific will notice quicker response times during the AM and also during US holidays, and they will be able to get support not only in English, but also French, Italian and Arabic.

Recently we had the pleasure to host David Ouellette, President of Vault Solutions, providing in depth technical training on all of its products to our staff in our headquarter in Milan.
