OS Microsoft;
Microsoft Exchange;
O365;
Azure;
Active Directory;
Archive system like as Veritas Enterprise Vault;
Storage Knowledge;
Project Management’s notions.
The ideal candidate will possess Microsoft certifications in the field of Exchange and / or O365, proven experience in alternative on projects related to these technologies. Possession of Veritas certifications within archiving will be considered preferential requirement. It is essential knowledge of English spoken and written language, the willingness to travel and work flexibility.
Complete the profile: timeliness, accuracy, excellent organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interact with customers and to accomplish their goals. Knowledge of a second language like French is an asset.
Requirements:
Minimum study: High school title;
Minimum experience: 5/6 years.

Technical helpdesk - internship
The objective of the internship is to allow the trainee to acquire, alongside the managers of the company, expertise in technical troubleshooting and problem solving in the field of archiving and eDiscovery , as well as to acquire skills in the management , implementation and maintenance of media Archiving and eDiscovery .
Candidate requirements
Final year student / recent graduate in computer science or equivalent technology skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office information systems;
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
The skills acquired at the end of the internship will be:
knowledge of archiving and ediscovery solutions;
knowledge of deployment, configuration and maintenance of archiving and ediscovery supports
Good organizational skills , open to learning , attention, accuracy and problem solving skills complete the profile.
